With retail stores and outdoor places being allowed to welcome customers again, there is a heightened level of concern with regards to limiting the risk of exposure to the virus and further spread of COVID-19. Wearing face masks, following social distancing guidelines and changing the way we used to shop are some of the ways we can protect ourselves and the people around us. SHOULD YOU WEAR GLOVES WHEN OUT IN PUBLIC?
While it is strongly advised to wear cloth masks when out in public, wearing gloves is not recommended. Both the WHO and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have strongly advised against the practice, warning that doing so may do more harm than good.
